BASES DEL CONCURSO
OFFICIAL CONDITIONS
OBJETIVO Y TEMA: el presente concurso tiene la finalidad de potenciar la creación artística y la participación de nuestros convecinos en el diseño de un logotipo destinado a ser imagen representativa e identificativa de la Delegación de Extranjeros Residentes del Ayuntamiento de Manilva.
AIM AND THEMATIC: The purpose of this competition is to promote the artistic creativity and the involvement of our citizens in the design of our new logo destined to be a representative and identifiable image of the Foreign Residents Department.
PARTICIPANTES: Podrán tomar parte en este concurso cualquier persona empadronada en el Término Municipal de Manilva.
PARTICIPANTS: Anybody who can prove they are registered on the local Padron “Manilvas Census”can take part in this competition.
FORMATO Y PRESENTACIÓN: los diseños del logotipo deberán ser originales e inéditos, y deberán presentarse en:
a. Papel, en las medidas DIN A4
b. Soporte digital, CD ó DVD, con un archivo, preferentemente, del tipo eps, png, cdr, gif y jpg con una resolución preferente de 300 ppp.
En todos los casos, se incluirá en la ficha técnica del logotipo información sobre la herramienta informática utilizada (programa) y en general todos aquellos datos que permitan posteriormente la mejor reproducción del elemento.
FORMAT AND PRESENTATION: The designs of the logo have to be original and previously un-published anywhere else. All designs should be presented in either of the following formats:
a.- On A4 paper.
b.- Digital media, Cd or Dvd, within any of the following file types eps, png, cdr, gif or jpg with a resolution of no less than 300ppp.
In every case we will expect you to provide us with a technical datasheet that will include the logo and the program or tools that you used plus all and any information that will allow us to make the best reproduction of the logo in its later and future use.
Requisito fundamental: Debe aparecer en el logo el siguiente texto: Delegación de Extranjeros Residentes Ayuntamiento de Manilva o Iniciales de lo mismo.
Essential Requirement: The following text must appear in the logo: Delegación de Extranjeros Residentes Ayuntamiento de Manilva or the initials of the same.
Los trabajos presentados irán dentro de un sobre cerrado con el título del trabajo en el exterior, indicando también los datos de la persona: nombre, domicilio, teléfono y correo electrónico.
The presented designs should be presented in a sealed envelope with the title of the work clearly written on the outside of it along with personal details: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
LUGAR DE ENTREGA: el lugar de presentación es la Delegación de Extranjeros Residentes del Ayuntamiento de Manilva, situada en Avenida Europa, Castillo de la Duquesa (Manilva).
PLACE OF DELIVERY: Please hand in your entry to the competition at Foreign Residents Department from Manilva Town Hall located in Europa Avenue, Castillo de la Duquesa Monument (Manilva).
PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN: los trabajos o propuestas podrán presentarse entre el 15/03/2016 y el 28/04/2016, en horario de 8:00 a 14:00 horas. No serán admitidas las propuestas presentadas después de dicha fecha.
DEADLINE FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ENTRY: The design may be submitted between the 15th March 2016 to the 28th April 2016, between the hours of 8.00 am and 14:00 pm. Any entry submitted after this date will not enter the competition.
PROPIEDAD DE LA OBRA: Teniendo en cuenta la Ley de la propiedad intelectual, los participantes en el concurso consienten automáticamente, a la utilización, publicación y reproducción en todo el mundo y sin limitación, por parte del Ayuntamiento de Manilva, de su imagen y nombre en cualquier tipo de publicidad, promoción, publicación, incluido Internet, o cualquier otro medio de la naturaleza que sea, con fines comerciales o informativos siempre que éstos se relacionen con el presente o futuros concursos. Todos los derechos de reproducción y difusión del logo ganador permanecerán para siempre en propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Manilva. Los participantes son los únicos responsables de la veracidad de sus datos, originalidad y autoría de las imágenes presentadas al Concurso, pudiendo ser descalificados en caso de incumplir estos requisitos.
PROPERTY OF THE DESIGN: Taking into account Intellectual Copyright Law, the participants of this competition consent automatically to the usage, publishing and reproduction in the whole wide world without limitation to the Manilva Council whom may use all the images presented to the competition in any kind of publicity, promotion, publication on either the internet or any other kind of media means that have a commercial or informative end, always and when it is in exclusive relation to this or future competitions of this kind pertaining to the Manilva Council. All the rights of reproduction and usage of the winning logo will remain forever the property of the Manilva Council. All the participants of this competition are responsible for the veracity of the personal details that you give us and the originality & authenticity of the images that are presented to us for the means of this competition. Any inaccuracy of the before mentioned details could lead to the participant and there logo being disqualified.
JURADO: Los miembros, cuyo fallo será inapelable, estará compuesto por: Don. José Carlos Castaños Alés, Coordinador de Desarrollo Local de la Fundación de Manilva para el Desarrollo (FUNMADES); Doña. Begoña Rojas, Don. Marcos Jose Rios Vazquez, Doña. Sally-Ann Guerrero y Don. Gary Jackson Smith.
JUDGES: The members whos decision will not be open to appeal will be made up by: Mr José Carlos Castaños Alés, Coordinator of the Local Development of Manilva Foundation (FUNMADES); Miss. Begoña Rojas , Mr Marcos Jose Rios Vazquez, Miss Sally-Ann Guerrero and Mr Gary Jackson Smith.
PREMIO: se establece un premio único de 250 € (doscientos cincuenta euros) para el 1º ganador original seleccionado, y entrega de diplomas para el 2º y 3º ganador, publicándose en la web municipal y en los canales de difusión accesibles para el Ayuntamiento de Manilva. Los diseños que no resulten ganadores estarán 30 días en el lugar de entrega citado anteriormente, donde sus autores, debidamente identificados, podrán recogerlos. Transcurrido ese plazo, los originales no reclamados, serán destruidos sin que pueda efectuarse reclamación alguna.
PRIZE: There will be one prize of 250 € (two hundred and fifty Euros) for the 1st prize and winner of the competition, and certificates for the 2nd and 3rd places. The winner and runners up will see their work published on the internet and in any means of media that the Manilva Council may have access to. The work of all the participants who don’t win will have 30 days after the end of the competition to collect their work from the same place they presented it to originally by providing any kind of personal identity on collection.
ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES: la participación a este concurso implica, por parte de los concursantes, el conocimiento y aceptación de las presentes bases.
Acceptance of the rules: The participation of this competition implies on the part of the competitors, the knowledge and acceptance of the present rules provided.
